TEXAS FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION
Accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services (provider #TXDSHS 9), we have the Texas Food Handler Certificate Course available in both English and Spanish. This course is a basic review of food safety practices. You will learn how to identify foodborne illness and its cause, identify biological, physical and chemical contamination; describe temperature control; practice proper personal hygiene and food handling in the workplace; implement appropriate procedures to receive and store food; and practice proper cleaning and sanitization. This course takes two hours to complete. The cost of this course is $12.50. Bulk rates are available.
